I always felt that Keima had 2 first, the first first girl to ever interact with him and bring him out of his shell, Elsie and his first capture Ayumi and I adore both of them.

Technically the first girl to interact with him was his MILF of a mother...

But taking away the incest route, the first girl was technically Tenri...then again with this time travel thing the first girl becomes Urara!

It's like this:

Tenri- First girl before the start of the series;
Urara- First girl in altered past;
Elsie- First girl interaction after the start of the series;
Ayumi- First Capture.

It only counts if there's any development in their relationship. Thus, his relationship with Elsie evolved before Ayumi was captured.

And honestly, many believe Elsie to be the Main Heroine of the series, despite only having pretty much secondary parts for a long time now. Elsie was pretty much pushed to the side by he goddesses and their hosts.
