What came to my mind when reading that was "holy @#$%, one of those two had to be fake - that was either Touma restraining a fake Mikoto, or a fake Touma trying to stop Mikoto". I hope it's the former as there's no way a fake Touma will survive a enraged Mikoto

It just so happens in the factory line that a 1:100,000 error had packed a live round in the wrong box. I doubt either of them are fake considering that Touma has had situations where he needed to shut her up really quickly or stop her from doing something. Though I don't think any of those ever had him covering her mouth and grabbing her like he's about to kidnap or something.

You know I was really hoping that he would use the Afterwords to share his thoughts on what he was actually thinking when he created Thor... He usually does that with his new characters.

And I certainly hope it's not "to appeal to a wider demography" or "People always say that Kamijou only help moe girls, so this time...." or "I was watching this shoujo series and...">.>
