Anime-themed games (Help!)

Need help finding one. I know it's hard to give me a game based on just that, but let me try to help you help me..

I'd like an RPG (Or action game, that's fine i guess. But preferably RPG) for PS3 and/or PC with:

Anime art styles
Decision making (You know, the types where your different choices affect the game)

and that's pretty much it. Since games like Amagami, Oreimo and other great date sims arent available in English, i guess i'd like the next best visual novels please, i've already played a few, and am taking a break from them

Is there such a game that exists in English?

If your PC is decent, these run great on emulators:
Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii)
Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love (PS2/Wii)
...and have Japanese language options (or available undubbed--I forget)

For native PC games, I can only think of the Ys series and such... which aren't much on romance or decision making.

The Persona and Ar Tonelico are the series you want to be looking at which have heavy dating sim/romance/decision making elements.

You should also check out any of the Tales of... series if you haven't yet, if only because it is THE flagship for anime-style RPGs.

Brought this up once more. Any more suggestions? I don't need the "Decision making" through

Prefer to be PS2, Xbox 360, or PC-based game :P

I'm gunna say the persona series.
Strength isn't just about winning. Even if my attempts are pathetic and comical, and even if I'm covered in the mud of my defeat, if I can keep fighting and look up at the sky as I lie on the ground, that alone is proof of true strength!
