That was hilarious in a Beelzebub way and only way it would have gone down was Hilda changing back but I do get the feeling she may change again for one of the "not so super powered battle" rounds.

but its funny how this hilda kinda matches oga more then moe... as oga doesnt know how to deal with such cute and innocent person... and here hilda after hearing about santa claus took the initiative and droped her shyness or the fact of beign so close to oga (even embracing him [along the ballon] )

She was a pretty minor character and she hasn't appeared in over six months so it's not surprising you don't remember her.

Don't feel bad. I had to look her up on google myself. Once I saw the picture of her with her normal clothes and hairstyle, I remembered her, though. She taught Oga the Black Arts.
