I know that according to the first page that YT videos are generally not accepted for making avatars, but what if a video can only be found on YT?

The only problem regarding YT videos for me is basically is having to download the file first before an avatar or signature could be made... If one request a 5 second video from a 20 minute video a bit time consuming, the worst that I faced is an 1 hour video and the request is near the end....WTH?!! Hope some could show some gratitude than just "Thank you" LOLS~~~!!!!

A little small, either that or the animation will have be 2 times faster to fit within the limit.

I think the resizing messed up the border on the right as well.

Oh...I see. 1 question, is it possible to extend the time frames? If so, you may proceed in increasing the speed. The time will be 15:56-16:01. If the border doesn't seem to work out, forget it then.

Can't fit any more frames unless the width becomes smaller than 100px, the size is 98kb and 100kb on disk (tested as my avatar and no error though).

I don't usually add a border so I don't know how to do it efficiently
