I've never heard of this series before prior to this annoncment, so I decided to lurk around the G Fantasy website to see if there were any more pictures and I came across this:

Well, a comedy manga. Though I find the idea of hair fetish very...original, I'll watch this

Private Detective Hiroshi Inaba is an artificially-created being, formed by splicing the genes of both a human and a wolf, who gains information by tasting and examining people's hair, and pretty much has a hair fetish. He can transform into a more wolf-like form, and also gain special powers and perform different attacks depending on the type or colour of hair he eats. Formerly employed by the police and partnered with an officer, he now runs his own private detective agency with the help of his sadistic, cross-dressing secretary Yuuta (often mistaken for a girl), and Kei (a *relatively* normal teenager working part-time at the office. Ogino, the officer formerly partnered with Hiroshi, also often helps out with cases. His arch-enemy is Don Valentino, an evil mastermind goat with a taste (literally) for money, and a variety of messed up but extremely devoted henchman, including gentleman samurai Laurence, who always wears a bag over his head. Most chapters are individual stories revolving around Hiroshi and his friends trying to arrest the Don, always failing miserably.

I'm pretty sure this guy's going to be my favorite character for three reasons...
1. He's a goat.
2. He's a mob boss.
3. He's voiced by the same dude who voiced the bad ass doctor in Shiki.

It looks absolutely nothing like Soul Eater to me. Maybe the goat could fit in somehow but other than that...

The PV was fun and very lighthearted. The atmosphere it provides is a mix of Reborn! and Neuro and I can't wait to watch this, so I'm hoping the jokes to be very funny and will showcases its Milky Holmes-esque amusing cases.

I've never heard of this particular series before. Honestly though, that title is ridiculous.

. . . "Cuticle"? I can overlook the goat thing but "cuticle"? Really? When I hear that word I think of fingernails, not an obscure part of my hair. It would make much for sense (to me, at least) if this show was titled Follicle Detective Inaba

ZEXCS will animate it, but I hope it definitively follows the manga. I heard they did a good job on Sukitte Ii-nayo, and Media Factory and Animate will most likely produce Inaba.
