From what I watched on Tokyo Encounter show, Sugita seems really like Kuwashima Houko (and also, Saori Hayami)

I have it in mp3 form(taken from SRW radio). Sugita is indeed a big fan of Kuwashima and Saori, a little too much if I may add that it's borderline creepy

(he mentioned in that same event that he knows Kuwashima's birthday because he's making an air birthday party for her on that day every year, although I think he said this one for joke

)
