Hmm, this is exactly like the story in "Kodomo no Jikan Prototype" chapter 1, only in this case Aoki didn't receive the message that Rin was harassed by the principal...

Which implies given the few chaps left for that we are probably going for a very open ending, and hope the Omake in the volume does a "10 years later" sort of update.

On the other hand, the author seems to be preparing us for an Aoki and Reiji pairing. Which is almost believable given the setting (and would probably make Boin-sensei feel better too - i.e. it isn't her that is the issue).

Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. Will be curious to see what she decides to do for an encore.

They graduated... So not ready for this series to end...

Considering the ending of the most recent chapter implies that Rin and Aoki aren't going to see each other for a while, a 10 years later epilogue isn't out of the question.
