Considering what the military thinks of him, I don't see that happening within his lifetime. Of course the Ford-class will have two presidents and a famous ship to its list at this point. (USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN-78), USS JOHN F. KENNEDY (CVN-79), and USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-80). Add this to the ten Nimitz-class carriers, and you have one ship not named after a person, and four not named after Presidents of the United States. (USS NIMITZ (CVN-68), USS CARL VINSON (CVN-70), USS JOHN C. STENNIS (CVN-74), and the future USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-80)).
