I've been thinking and I really wonder about the Colorless King. How is a King chosen? I know the novels more or less said something about that but can the power randomly go to some person? I'm sure Kuro's master didn't want someone like Totsuka's killer to be his successor. And how can some kind of spirit become King?

I am guessing the body Shiro is in right now belongs to that Kitsune spirit.

Yeah, that can be annoying. However except Dengar and myself no one even commented on the German lines so that's good, right? When they suddenly started talking German right at the beginning I was just caught off guard. If say, they would have kept on talking like that for like 5 minutes though, then I would have had a problem. Otherwise heavily accented languages aren't something I mind, and no one else should.

Interesting episode....wasn't expecting NONE of the MCs to appear, though I'm starting to think that it's not going to end well for everyone involved...especially Team Black/White....

though this episode had me thinking of some possible parallels for the future:

I think its pretty clear that they were making a reference to our main trio. Hopefully they dont meet the same fate as their predecessors.

Oh, it wasn't just this forum, I read other reactions elsewhere and they were all "OMG LOLZ GERMAN"... and earlier there was all the "OMG LOLZ ENGRISH" in this thread, and everywhere else.

I think it's highly possible our trio is going to show up....probably at the end of the episode though. GoRA's twitter did state that SCEPTER4, HOMRA and our Shiro/Kuroh/Neko trio's motivations and feelings are going to come together in episode 10.

It seems like Kuroh is going to fight Yata in the same battleground that Munakata and Mikoto fight in(snowy forest), so it's very likely that our main trio will show up and intercede with the battle somehow.

I'm fairly certain it is and that the bulk of episode 10 will be Munakata vs Reisi, but my impression was that the trio is going to show up at the end of episode 10 to intercede, because that seems like an impactful way to end an episode.

Also, I really don't think the writers will purposely leave out the main trio for more than one episode....or at least, I hope so. They're the three characters I'm most interested in.

Me too. Everybody else seems so invested in Homra and Scepter 4, but to me the Trio is what makes the plot move forward, and I am also really curious about Shiro and what he really is.
