Right now I can only delete every PM on the page list which means I can only delete 15 at a time, but that means I have to sift through all of them before I can clear them all.

The small message limit means that means that my PM box gets filled with too much garbage quickly. I suppose I could tell people to stop sending me useless stuff but I don't want people to know that I just delete their messages without reading because they would get their feelings hurt. (Just kidding; I use the archive function to save them... and still don't read them). Ideally there should be more space but server limitations might make that not feasible.

Aye, "select all" doesn't really select all. I archive mine periodically and blow everything away (slowly) and then forget to say something about the function til the next time.

Okay, well, for the moment I can provide a little "trick" to make it a bit easier.

This link should allow you to view your inbox 50 messages on a screen at once. Should make mass-deletions a bit faster anyway.

I'll have to run some stats to see if there'd be any problem increasing the PM limit, but I can't imagine that it takes up *too* much space given that it's just text...

That's a nice trick and more than sufficient.

I was thinking text can't consume that much space, though we do have a lot of members.

You guys don't have the Empty Folder option right above the drop down box that take you to Inbox/Sent Item etc.? I could swear I had that option before I was a mod. The Empty Folder option allows you to mass-delete everything in that folder you choose from the drop down box.

Funny... It is always there. You choose whether the inbox or sent box you wish to mass delete.
