Okay, they may be dead now, but weren't they enemies of SS? IMHO it would make more sense for them trying to become allies of the Vandenreich.

Ginjou was redeemed through his battle with Ichigo. Tsukishima just follows Ginjou as usual. Giriko... I have no clue. He seemed like a complete asshole who only cared about power. He was a shitty character too, it would have been better to not bring him back.

About souls having memories. I'm pretty sure they do, not only because of the parrot kid, but because of his new family as well. They all knew those are not their real parents/siblings, and were still searching for them, although they grouped together to survive. I remember all the speculation about Tsukishima's fate on these forums at the end of the Fullbringer arc so it's nice to see this chapter answer that question once and for all. Interesting to see that the Shibas are going to participate in the rematch between the Gotei 13 and the Vandenreich. They don't normally involve themselves in such things so I wonder what's changed for them.

Giriko was an asshole, but I liked his power, so I'm glad to see him back.

so since the fullbringers went to SS as adults doesn't that mean that souls go to SS and appear as the age they were when they died? that would mean that renji and rukia did indeed die as little kids which would explain their lack of memories

His powers were interesting... until Kubo decided to use them to turn him into the hulk. When he fights again, I really hope he'll use his powers in more creative ways.

Everyone's getting all excited about the FBers being back, along with the Shibas, but I wouldn't really expect too much though other than the fact that it's more fodder for the VR that doesn't affect the main cast.

And by Main Cast, I mean Gotei of course because we all know shinigamis rule and everyone else can go suck it XD

At this point, its kind of hard to see it being anyone else. The way he was dressed from the waist down combined with his tone and mannerisms were kind of a dead give away IMO. I'm not sure why Kubo decided to keep it a mystery (technically). I think I even saw a rolled up sleeve--which was how he wore his arrancar uniform.

generally I am very happy with the blatant Inoue fanservice, apples over peaches I say.

Otherwise kinda filler chapter but at least the spring talk was mildly amusing...
