I really wonder what the Royal Guards hope to achieve by healing Byakuya, Rukia and Renji.
It's not like they care about Soul Society. And those three aren't particularly powerful (compared to Kenpachi for example). The only thing they have in common is, that they are close to Ichigo, which makes me wonder if they need them as hostages to make Ichigo do what they want him to do.

I think about someone arrogant or annoying...

nice one to give each squad Zero a town for their own... although no one know if someone actually living there...
and Aizen's plan got clearer now....

So that's the technical care "a source of hot water" with water to a brief proprieter care but I do not understand Unohana would not know that? He did not have learned to make this special water? if so why? and maybe Unohana know but then she did not want to use ... if so why?

You bring up a good point. Maybe a litttle something else is added when bathing in the second red bath: a little something "extra" that is conviently left out. They only brought the ones really close to Ichigo and two weren't even near death. Plus, initially, Unohana was against the whole idea.

So, I assume the 5 war potentials were : Ichigo, Kenpachi (both confirmed by the Quincy) as well as Renji, Byakuya and Rukia who were all brought to that place.

Asspull will be great to make Renji a believable war potential ahead of the likes of Unohana, Urahara or the late Yamamoto.

She might have the knowledge of it, but not the technical ability to copy it.

No, Aizen was listed as a war potential as well. I'd guess Unohana is one along with someone else.

It would not be a scientist like Urahara for copying? but the yakuza (lament I forget his name) is not a scientist he could have Unohana not teach?

The fanservice and humor was enough to forgive the strangeness of Shikamaru the king.
