Like C2F said, it's hard to explain. But making it simple, it's a joke... Well, half a joke. Saten is a Ralgun original charater, and a representative of the "sweet and fluffy" side of AC. Her world and Touma's are so different that it's almost as if they were parallel worlds. But that's just from a narrative point of view...

For the joke there's also considerations about Touma's harem effect hitting Saten with it's unforeseeable consequences, a supposed high compatibility and a collision of misfortunes, among other issues.

Well, anyway, at the end of the day it really is just a joke. Kamachi can make them meet whenever he wants to... though I wonder if he would dare to do so

Another thing; all this Iguchi Yuka single promotion... Makes me wonder if we will get to see index getting her idol debut on the small screen...

Makes me wonder too, I mean Platinum Disco was a big hit for her right? Maybe this one will be too.
