Not too long ago I heard the manga is getting cancelled, are there any more news?
If they keep the manga ongoing, since they scraped LN Vol.2&4, are there any plans of (re-)drawing them?

Most likely not- They will either fill in the blanks their own way like for Himegami, or they just assumes you know already through other means.

When you say canceled, you mean the translation project or where the magazine comes out?

Anyway, a while ago it was said that the secret of the transfer student would be revealed soon. the site where I saw it believes would be the story of Himegami, let's hope that's it. but I doubt that redoing the arcs skipped.

I'm sure they are continuing with the Index Manga, the non translated chapter are up to the end of the remnants arc.

beautiful cover.

good chapter with a good pace, it is always good to see a woman being beaten in index, gives a feeling of naturalness, as if the world were in place.

look, the manga index was an unexpected success, it is true that the editor told the arcs of vol 2 and 4 be skipped because they did not believe that the series would last long, but even with this problem the series has prevailed, and the second is most important series of shonen Gangan, second only to Soul Eater. The vol 9 sold 220 000 copies in total, is not an absurd number, but of respect.

What?! Soul eater is now Shounen GANGAN's first?! ... the magazine has fallen quite low since the end of FMA, not that I'm not glad it improved Index's rank.

images of chapter was well designed, expressions Acc was phenomenal, but unfortunately there was no punch in the face of Musujime, she flew to the punch that destroyed the folder. I do not understand why this, in the last chapter showed Musujime without a big piece skin when he was a child, so he was not taken by violence. Maybe Kogino not believe she could survive after that punch and so it was removed. Anyway, it always changes and add pages in volumes, now is wait for volume 11 to see if there will be punch or not.
