I skipped over too many OPs and EDs, but here are the one that got my attention:

1) OP - AKB0048: Apart from being adorable and incredibly cheesy, it was catchy and fun.

2) OP1 - Sword Art Online: I've always liked this.

3) ED - Girls und Panzer: So incredibly cute, I want to hug~

Favorite OP would most likely be Jormungand S2. S1 might be a little bit better, but it's very close between them. S2 OP captured the atmosphere quite well and its hard riffs are glorious.

Favorite ED is hard, but most likely Psycho-Pass. It just combines the elements so well and since it's more electronic in nature, speaks far more to me.

A close runner-up is, surprisingly, Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!. I find it catchy and I get a general "feel good" vibe from it, which I usually don't from this genre.

Favorite OP of 2012 is Kokoro Connect.
Favorite ED of 2012 is Another who is really soft and matches with the atmosphere of the death.

A quick counts through 4 pages, and with 30+ series and many of them i haven't heard of, don't blame me if i miscount afew. Remember this is all about OP and ED that others like, does not tell which OP is better than another.

The general view point is:
OPs

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OP - both OP 1, 2
Fate/ Zero OP - to the beginning
Sword Art Online ( mostly OP2) and Sakamichi OP

With Hyouka OP and Nisemonogatari OP comes close
EDs

Shin Sekai Yori ED - Wareta Ringo
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure ED - Roundabout
Psycho-Pass and Chūnibyō Demo Koi ga Shitai! ED (include Lite Ed also)

Shin Sekai Yori ED actually ran away with 1st spot by a mile or more. And the list is followed by Horizon ED and Nisamono ED

Um... oath sign was a 2011 song as it was from F/Z part 1(2011 series) thus shouldn't be counting at all, did you mean "to the beginning" the OP for the 2nd half (2012)?
