Guys, Arcee appeared on Bayformers 2 as three separate bikes (they’re supposed to be able to combined into one). She was killed (all 3 bikes) in ROTF (you saw them getting blasted by Decepticons while trying to protect Sam in the battle of Egypt). Even Mike Bay confirm it in the Director’s commentary that Arcee is dead on ROTF (yeah, I have the DVDs & a BD of all those Bayformers movie ).

Also, there’s no Arcee in DOTM since (again) she’s already dead. The only Autobots in DOTM are:
Optimus, Ironhide, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Sideswipe, Dino, Que, 3 Wreckers, Wheelie and Brain (there’s also Sentinel if you want to count him).

Jolt and The Twins who’s appeared on ROTF didn’t appear again in DOTM. You can fill-in-the-blanks. They might got killed off-screen.

The Tiger-like Decepticon who infiltrated the island base is Ravage, not Razorbeak/Laserbeak.

Wasn't that once again revised or retconned? I believe the three bikes bots were given individual names - Arcee, Chromia and a third one, which I can't remember right now. Reportedly the three share some sort of hive mind.

was killed by Shockwave in one of the Transformers comics - Galloway (the bureaucrat who gives NEST some rectal pain in RotF and ends up being parachuted over the Middle East right before the final fight) also dies in that comic, after a final show of bravery (standing up to Shockwave).

critically damaging Wheeljack, who is then rebuilt by Ratchet as Que (an homage to James Bond's Q). So...yeah, that means Wheeljack is also dead at the end of DotM.

Mirage suffers the same fate, and becomes Dino (a reference to Alfred "Dino" Ferrari, Enzo's son). The only difference is that he survives the confrontation with Megatron and Sentinel's troops.

EDIT: okay, found it - the aforementioned comic is IDW's Rising Storm series, which serve as prequels to DotM.

That was retconned again. The final product is: those three bikes are Arcee(s). It’s confirmed by the scripwriters themselves (Rob Orci & Alex Kurtzman) in ROTF DVD commentary. Before that, they planned to name those three bikes Arcee, Chromia and Moondancer, but it was scrapped.

IIRC the comics are not really canon. (Please correct me if I’m wrong ) IIRC Barricade (the police car Decepticon) was killed in the comic during or after the climax battle in the first Bayformers. Still, he showed up in DOTM and got killed by the NEST soldiers after being shot in the eyes (by snipers) and bombed in the foot.

If they want to bring in a new line of toys and have the film promote them then simply answer is to have the Dinobots appear.
No matter what anyone says, the Dinobots have appeal.
Pretty sure the kids will snatch em up in a jiffy.

Supposedly it's slated for June of 2014, and there is rumors of the Dinobots making their appearance. Checked YouTube and "Clevver Films" was taking about it.

I suggest you go to the first page. I already posted the article that they hire Mark Wahlberg as main character and a promotional logo in the very first post. So yeah, I wouldn't make this thread if Transformers 4 is not confirmed .

This reminded me of the first Jurassic Park movie. In the original movie script, the main character killed the raptors by collapsing the Tyrannosaurus skeleton display on top of them. But in a moment of genius they realised that 1. No one watched the movie to see humans triumphant and 2. The Tyrannosaurus deserve to have grand finale.

So at the last possible moment they asked the CGI team to add a battle between T-Rex and the Raptors. THAT was the correct ending for the film; that nature balances itself. That the only real threat to the Raptors was another dinosaur. Humans ran and survived, the dinosaurs were the victors.

To make it even more remarkable, they didn't even know it could be done at all; it was the first time anyone had done a CGI only battle. Nothing on screen was real. But it made the film.

The stars of the film should BE the stars of the film. And it certainly isn't Allen Grant or Sam Witwicky.

Possible leak from Transformers 4's script!

According to unleashthefanboy.com the script states that the film takes place 4 years after Dark of the Moon. There is a new threat among the Autobots; UNICRON, along with other allies to plan an attack on earth.

The opening of the film starts out with a meteor storm, which shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone who've seen the last 3 movies. Cut to the scene where a mysterious metal space ball lands towards Stonehenge. Oddly enough the the ball is a spaceship. Vector Prime is the creator of the ship and is known for being the life long guardian of Primus. Which is the only one who can stop the deadly Unicron.

Optimus and the rest of the Autobots team up with Vector Prime to find the location of Primus, leading into Unicron's lethal scheme. Along with GALVATRON, Unicron ambushes a secret Government base located in Colorado. This is very important for two reasons: The Decepticon Corpses are there and it's has a great selection of new Cybertronian- Earth weapons and armor.

To make matters worse, Galvatron ends up demolishing the embassy to end up taking the lifeless Decepticon bodies and downloading their memories, which leads up to making Galvatron possessed by no other than Megatron. Somehow a human character named, Josie, ends up performing some weird surgery on herself that transforms her into some sort of cyborg. Those are the main parts of the story, but there are stand out points.

There seems to be some time travel elements involved, mainly between Optimus and Vector Prime. DINOBOTS are stated to make an appearance during a climatic battle. By the end Unicron finally puts his mark on Earth, transforming it into a mechanical sphere.

Overall this seems interesting nevertheless, be sure to leave your comments below in the usual place.

As I read, it sounded equally daft as it did great but somehow it kinda lost track on me towards the end, mostly with the woman doing surgery and becoming cyborg(guessing that's caused by some of the Earth/Cybertronian tech) but then I saw something that could make an expensive trip to the cinema to see the mess that will not doubt be Bayformers 4, DINOBOTS!

My god I hope that true!
