If vanilla is as consensual, then yes. The ending at least, fairly sweet ending (can't believe i will ever say that about yaoi... ). But if vanilla as its original meaning (white, plain) then, it's yaoi , incest, some forced, gang-bang. Certainly it's not vanilla.
