In pure combat yes, though the arguments for and against both TSFs have been said over and over again, so let's not rehash those.
Instead, let us have them both - F-22A for the mainstream forces, and F-23A for the Orbital Divers and Hive Penetrator missions.

@wild goose i see no conflict , it just after reading TSFiA and what they did to the 2 prototype (Expensive show pieces at the museum) was scratching my heads why .... but remember a certain groups primary weapon is g bomb fetish not hive infiltration/ penetration ... connect the dots ......
