Railgun Sister Arc MAD.

I'm not too fond of the techno-bass intro, but once the vocals kick in (0:40) the song is actually pretty darn catchy

(And besides, when have I ever picked a bad song for you all ?)

It is/was a popular touhou song with nifty black and white art presentation. And oddly enough, it was featured on CNN (cirno news network).
