If Episode 2 doesn't cement the fact that Charles should be the main girl, I'll murder someone. Oh and if there is a 2nd season of Da Capo III, it better not repeat what DCSS did.

There's no way Episode 2 will cement Charles. It's only episode 2!! They must introduce the other girls first and then after that will a shipping war will go into full blast about who will win. PREPARE FOR WAR!!

I actually didn't mind DCSS so much. I just hope they don't do the same as they did with DCII season 1. That was just a complete mess compared to the game with a lot of it not even faithful to the game.

If they pull a Mashiro Iro and have a 'non-obvious' heroine win (and watching the OP... Ricca is the 'obvious' one), we won't know til the second or third to last episode.

It seems the lolis lost out this time. That's a delicious avatar you have there, mangatron. Da Capo girls sure do get sluttier with each generation, though... back in my day, Da Capos were pure and innocent girls like Nemu. There truly has been a breakdown in the morals of Da Capos over the years.

And I was a bit surprised that, though the girls covered most of the oddities regarding the mysterious text message, that nobody pointed out that neither cell phones nor text messages existed in 1951... >_>

Episode 02 take a nose dive on animation. its kinda hard to watch it with a huge difference from episode 01. Ruru-nee

Onto the episode itself its kinda nice but well it doesn't have the usual da capo which is well, its been years already since I last saw it but it just doesn't feel the same. I watch the intro in the youtube for the game.... and well its .... to much informative for my taste >_> got spoiled in some plot but still its good. I will watch this series even if I feel different from the previews works but maybe its just me. DC II also feels different from DC and it takes a few episode for me to like it.

Are you sure you watched the game intro or one of the transition between chapters video? The game intro is fully animated (same artwork as the anime), it doesn't really spoil anything except for showing what kind of bathing suits the girls wear.

actually it said 20 years after DCII. still a bit long for a dog though.

For a cat(?) he really has got some good moves. He totally owned Sakura in their match. It was a bit of a surprise to hear Sakura call Kiyotaka "that". I miss Tamura Yukari as Sakura. __________________

Well, 1 whole episode, yeah, but anyways, waaay too dragged out. And it is excessive having multiple "No voices, just enjoy the animation and still shots of the characters doing something" in one episode. So yeah, it was boring. I get it, protagonist meets a rather innocent girl that is a bit nutty. He plays with her. And the OP changed a little?
