He didn't turned into a girl, but he is cross dressing as a girl.

Rinne Sonogami, aside from looking like Inori, she is really beautiful .And one big difference is her breast are bigger than Inori's.

Refer to the quote before yours. No name is given(They put "???" in there, so we cant assume she is Rinne in spirit form.)

As for VA they put "???" too, meaning.... Well, "play the game to find out", thats what it means.

Shouldn't we ask the moderator to create a Game thread for this?

Pretty sure it's named after their most striking characteristic: Kotori's is "Itsuka Sister" (being Shidou's imouto), "Puppet Yoshino" (Yoshinon, Yoshino's puppet).

Heh... I just noticed the titles are based on the spirit's name, because I havent check the posts before my first post here and I felt curious after your post so I go check and saw a pattern so... sorry

Too much clues from CH... Makes you wonder how many chapters this is going to be.

Not really, the first volume is named Dead End and it has nothing to do with a dead end
