He appears to be a tsundere detective with useless yet good skills, although he does care about his colleagues (especially Shinya and Akane) a lot. However, his personal relationship with Masaoka seemed fearful. When I looked his appearance, he reminds me very much of Ishida from Bleach, and my predictions about his personality is right although I have yet to see more of his background material and his flashback as well.

What are the odds that Gino might meet a grisly end? He appears a great deal more inflexible about the world compared to the rest of the cast, which may cause a major brain snap some time later down the line...

Given all the "despair flags" he's raised, I'd say that at this point he's basically a shoe-in for Urobuchi's first major victim, as well as the one that serves as the first domino piece to fall down and cause that chain reaction of despair for everyone else.

Based on flags raised through conversation with his father and his fear of high criminal coefficient, I think it is highly possible that Ginoza might hit over 100 in future episodes. Knowing anime cliches, it might be an episode where Ginoza realizes that PP is worthless and is willing to risk everything to save his father or something...

You know with people saying how good he is as an inspector and have a bright future ahead, I really want to know why is he considered good? Just simply for the fact that he absolutely obeys the Sybil System?
And he really needs a flashback to show his backstory. All the talks about Masaoka abandoning him and his mother to suffer etc, we need flashbacks to see how bad the discrimination against the family of those potential criminals goes or it will feel like Ginoza being a jerk as usual

After watching the most recent episode my preceptive toward Ginoza's changed a little. Now while I honestly expected someone to be the one who calls out the people for not doing anything during the murder. I had no idea it would be him which tells me theres a bit more to his character then blindly loyal like many of us thought.

Let's not forget that Ginoza is an Inspector, so should probably have a good deal more autonomy than the average citizen. And it's precisely because of the nature of his job that he's extremely wary of any negative influences to his Psycho-Pass. He's just a tortured individual trying to walk the line between upstanding citizen and latent criminal.
