Fused characters make for interesting tagging on Danbooru. It seems most people have no trouble remembering to tag Vivid Blue with Aoi, but most of them are forgetting that she's equal part Akane as well.

I guess it's because, physically, she resembles Aoi the most and Akane doesn't seem to contribute anything to that.

Oh, so the name is a complete conincidence. And the fact that the girls just happen to be completely naked in that concept art when standing next to their weapons is yet another innocent coincidence, I'm sure.

You know how lately girls in anime are looking a lot younger than they should, right? I mean these girls are in highschool, man. I thought they were middle schoolers! And it's not just that, last season I was (and still am) surprised of Girls Und Panzer, I in my honest perverted opinion fully believe some of the girls look like they're still in their first year of middle school

Which is why I want to think the girls in Vivid Red Butt are also in high school, why not, in other anime they can pass as highschoolers, which is why I refer to them as loli's

Now that's what I've been pushing for a while now. It looks very much set as Green + yellow. I'm still very much perplexed as to why Rei would turn, but then again I'm still in the dark as to what she plays in all of this.

Interesting, when you compared Rei's weapon to Akane and Aoi's weapon, Rei's bow looks completely like a magical-based weapon in both appearance and function.

So, can we expect the showdown between science-inspired magical girls and the true magical girl???

But she used that magical bow of hers to empowered a huge alien mech. Though I notice that after firing the arrow. One of the 10 petals disappear. Though I'm not sure if its 10 petals.

I'd say that's the plasma ammo for her laser bow. She has nine shots left before she needs to reload it with new plasma ammo.
