I've been dying to figure out this 90's anime movie I watched when I was younger but I only remember a couple details. Can someone help meh? It was defiantly a violent cyberpunk type with a futuristic setting and a girl cop as the protagonist.

I think I remember it had a pretty serious/dark story, lot's of shooting and on the run type of stuff, possibly some mechs and the girl probably had dark or purple hair. It's defiantly not Appleseed, Ghost in a Shell, the Armitage series or even Angel Cop.

If anyone can shed light on this it'd be really cool. I must've watched this thing about 15 years ago. I've recently discovered two other oldies I've watched like Galaxy Express and Dominion Tank Police.

The only thing I can think of is Silent Möbius. It fits a couple of your points, down to the purple-haired protagonist. There's a film (1991) and a bit later a TV series. It's a mix of cyberpunk setting, but it's mixed with some sort of fantasy-gate stuff (if I remember correctly; I've seen it pretty much when it was new; my first subbed anime [on TV]).

I've only seen a few episodes and it does seem to mostly be a comedy but I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few fight scenes like that considering it's about a Combat Butler. From the information given that clip seems to be from Episode 39 of the first series.

That's not a question. I haven't seen the show but yes that clip is definitely from Valkyrie Chronicles. Apparently it's a fight between two characters called Alicia and Selvaria but I don't know the episode.
