Worst is closer to a negative Mikoto rather than an Anti-Mikoto.

With Full-Tuning, I imagine someone who is manipulative and ruthless once a goal had been selected, and willing to use her..... assets..... to completely dominate Kamijou-chan. It will be fun to see this.

Full-Tuning has an interesting "verbal tic". /return It's like the "enter key" in her brain is faulty and is giving out a "/return" instead of a new line. /return

There is a good chance it is...since it is the only misaka series that have a full personality, and is not controlled by last order...thereby dubbed as the "third" will...

The only central controllers of the Misaka Network is Full Tuning and Last Order I believe. So Full Tuning Should be look as the First"Will" of the Misaka Network since she came first before Last Order became the head of the Network I assume.
