This month we also have another set of 4komas (3rd one already) that were released in Dengeki Daioh.

The chapter didn't contained any new info.

The only odd thing mentioned was "It has been under construction since 3 years ago without the city revealing what its purpose is!"
I mean normal skyscraper costs like 800 000 000$, how the heck can they waste 1000th times more and not bother the community?
