I can't think of a reason why an authentic civilian disguise wouldn't be useful.

Well yes it should be very good. For a second I thought a random Mexican would be a playable character but the trailer pointed it was just a disguise. Maybe Wolf could be disguised as Raiden's pet.

Gray Fox is awesome, and having the original Gray Fox skin and an upgrade of it would be super awesome. Who knows? Be cool if these costumes had unique abilities.
