Anime/Manga/Game Identification Help [See first post]

no neither of those. & i know it's not a harem, As far as i remember he only has feelings for 2 people a girl around his age and the landlady, eventually falling for the landlady and on the last episode(end of series) you see him run into her apartment & i'm pretty sure they both express their love for 1 another and maybe have sex(nothing seen though)... and that's the end of the series i think. before he runs into her apartment the girl he liked before may have confessed to him.

Edit: i think the landlady may be lying on the bed crying when he runs into her apartment because she overheard the other girl confess to him. can't remember for sure though... hope this helps... really wanna see this again since i remember it being pretty good back when i saw it and now that i've been thinking about it i just can't get it out of my head.

Edit 2: also as i said it could very well have just been a 1 episode ova other than a series,

Edit 3: i think i remember the landlady having been married to the guys brother/cousin at 1 point too. (disregard this if the previous information adds up to something without this)

yeah it's not the world of narue either... the people in the anime are all human btw.

i'll sum down the main gist of it again for maybe a little clarification.
*know for sure(pretty much )
- non chibi & alien anime
- Art style is that of the late 90's & has sharper facial features over round(not very sharp mind you just not rounded)
- Main character is a guy, not a girl. also pretty sure he's taller than the girls...
- comes to live in an apartment complex
- 2 main love interests Girl around his age(may or may not know) & the manager/landlady.
- at the end of it the landlady/manager has feelings for him as well and for some reason feels jilted enough to run to her room & cry about it, but to her surprise (at the very end) he comes busting through the door and discovers her laying down on her bed crying into the pillow & confesses... and the end / FIN basically.

I'll add more later... but for now it's time for work.

That's a page from the Yuri Hime Wildrose series. You are aware that the first two names are written right there in english?

I don't know what the third one is but it's probably from the same magazine as well.
