That's the only thing they showed at Comiket, at the Frontier Works booth. At least they should have unveiled the staff...

Eh, as happy as I am that they used Nep's V design (my favourite), I'm still pretty damn disappointed they used the 'old' designs for the other characters. But, I guess that could mean that V Neptune travels to the future or something.

It's called "Hyper Dimension Game Neptune" so doesn't look like it's set in V's dimension, after all.

They're defined as colored productions sketches , and they stress that are coming from the production phase, so yes, they're not final.

I don't know if you've played the games, but they have additional armor floating around them when in HDD mode. They don't fight just wearing those outfits, that would be silly.

Well, Noire looks more loli with smaller shoulders, but she does look a little more tsundere.

One more thing, does Vert get the Gainax bounce?

You got the right franchise alright.

Neptune doesn't represent an existing real console. The other three though do, with Noire representing the PS3, Blanc representing the Wii, and Vert representing the Xbox 360.
