Keima didn't go to school that day doesn't imply that he doesn't go to school everyday. They already a clasmate even without this event. And, maybe the secretary notice him since he always playing game even during the lesson.

That was a interesting development indeed, but I guess we should have seen something along those lines coming xD. Urara has probably been one of the funniest characters of recent so this development can only lead to more comedy hi-jinks then I can imagine.

As someone else already said though, those effects came about pretty quick so it has to be a pretty power loose soul wouldn't it?

I'm more-or-less guessing the twenties because she desires to be an adult, not a teenager. I know anime/manga exaggerates physique sometimes but I'd rather not think this is the case here.

That, and look at just how tall Urara is compared to Yanagi in those last two panels of this chapter. She's slightly bending over while Yanagi is standing perfectly straight. It's not a huge difference, but I have a hard time believing a Japanese teenage girl in most cases would be taller than an adult Japanese woman.

You do realize that girls grow faster than boys? Men grow up to the age of 21 while girls are done for at the age of 18. Also, girls by the age of sixteen have already grown most of their height (so an adult Urara might be one or two centimeters taller). So why would Urara could grow so tall? genetics, healthy exercise and good nutrition are the cause normally (but I sense the mangaka is attempting to boldly go *boing* where none of his females has gone before)

Her mother died because of it. The Weiss must be a high level from possessing another person beforehand.

In this way it speeds up the pace of the capture, because if Keima doesn't work quickly, Urara will die.

Ah, that's quite possible as well. The change is coming from the weiss that snuck into her heart after all. Her current appearance could indeed be more based on an ideal appearance she has of her as an adult, rather than what she will actually look like then.

She also serves as Urara's security. Likely has a dossier of Urara's class.

7 year old Keima doesn't interact with girls which is why he barely remembers Tenri and doesn't remember Urara.
