So, was Yuna defeated already? That's pretty disappointing. After her fight with cancer she has been pretty useless.

It doesn't surprise me. Like I said, she's been pretty useless since her fight with cancer. Heck, even then she would have lost if Koga didn't come to save her.

It seems the next V-Jump will have a "Big Digimon announcement" on February 21st, some people believe it's a new season. Still, that sounds kind of late to announce a series supposed to begin a little more than one month later. Who knows, though.

Well, Omega itself had to be rushed because Xros Wars was rushed to the end early from what I've heard, so it would be appropriate if nothing else. It's more likely just another game or something like that though, maybe based on Season 2.

As for the episode, that makes at least three Gold Saints who've been attracted to a minor, doesn't it? I know Mars is a Greek God, but c'mon.

That’s most likely because Amor was fighting without any care in the world so he can enjoy the beauty whose fighting in front of him . The minds of most males Yuna fought so far have been filled with duties and ambition and whatnot that made them too busy to admire Yuna’s charm.

The more I see Amor’s attitude and his interest in a certain young girl, the more I see Gilgamesh in him. I guess those who accuse Amor for being a cheap rip-off of Gilgamesh is true after all. What are the series creators thinking when they create this character? The comparison between Amor and Gilgamesh (of Fate/Stay Night & Fate/Zero) is unavoidable now, which not in the favor of Omega since Gilgamesh is a far better character and established years before Omega even started.

I you think about other character than thinks of setting up a scenario and make the actor perform the act while he directs them... doesn't it make you think of him as Mefistofeles Youma from Lost Canvas?

The similarity is blatant.

The similarity is blatant.

Beside his attitude, other thing that makes Amor close to Gilgamesh is his character design (that haircut + golden armor).

Youma of Lost Canvas has a very big ambition by staging all those. For Youma, the "script" that he wrote and the "play" that he get is absolutely important for him. He sacrifices almost everything to make the "scenario" come true. It is very much different from Gilgamesh where he consider the "scenario" he created as just an amusement to rid him of boredom .
