I pity the M5A1 Stuart that gave his life and the M37 that did the work for me in my receiving Lucky. Would have received Sniper if that Churchill didn't bump into me.

this is a month old, but I don't think it ever posted here.

GUP probably did something no clan ever did before, win Clan War with no high tier, just really fast tank at mid tier, not once, but twice.

I think that's what I need for my VK2801: A whole bunch of other fast tanks to run with, instead of trying to daintily peck at the enemy flanks on my own.

The Cromwell vs. M48 ramming block...

I enjoyed the debate about Erika versus Panzerlied and wished that it could have continued.

Also, this would never work in a pub game because of tank speeds...

That's actually quite interesting how they just got the fastest tanks possible and swarmed the enemy base each time. I think it would've failed completely if in either case the enemy hadn't decided to rush in a different direction, or if they had waited a bit longer. Lots of luck involved. Also that Cromwell driver could barely pilot his vehicle, look at all the times he tracked himself.

^ Credit where credit is due, but I'd also rather be lucky than good. Sometimes raw aggression and impulsiveness can get you pretty far. Did they manage to take or hold any territory or was it just "test battles" ?

It is all pure luck and i do not think they can pull that off again unless they never seen how GuP does their clan wars.

Got an Ace Tanker in the PzIII. The saving factor in that vehicle is definitely that it has better odds of being able to GTFO when the situation starts to go bad.

It made up for bouncing a 50mm round off the commander's hatch of a PzIII/IV.

French TD are very underestimated. Last nite i was plat with Teru and Touma and i had a few games where the AC48 was just bouncing everything. AC48 vs T28 i bounced 3/4 of his shots and killed him. AC48 vs T32 i bounced all shots and killed him. AC48 vs FV4202 i bounced all his shots and killed him. Either the RNG is just soo random or magical frontal armor of a 120mm frontal AC48 i am not sure.
