I'm glad everyone likes my Team ITEM at Tokiwadai idea.

As for the problem about some of them can't enroll since they are highschoolers, i'll just say Tokiwadai is both a middleschool and highschool in this fanfic. And besides, who wouldn't want to see Team ITEM in school uniforms?

I'll think i'll write a short scene about how the Team learns they are being enroll to Tokiwadai.

Doesn't matter in this fanfic Tokiwadai is both a middle school and high school. It's just nobody bothers to mention that just like how there was always a space elevator in the city.

Yeah it was supposed to be the best horse in the world.

Normally when you think of animals connected to Odin you'd think of the ravens though. But meh, it still works.

So here's a draft on my fanfic idea on how Team iTEM ended up at Tokiwadai.

Spoiler for draft:

Today was an unusual day for Team ITEM. Last night, Shizuri Mugino, Saiai Kinuhata, Frenda Seivelun and Rikō Takitsubo chased a spy who managed to steal some top secret files and was planning to escape the city. To prevent that, the highers ups ordered to the Team to either captured him from escaping or kill him. After a long chase, the Team corned the spy at a school that was currently empty.

Rather than give up and surrender, the spy did the unexpected: he activated a bomb strapped around his body. Naturally, the Team escape before the bomb exploded. Whatever was in that bomb, it destroyed the entire school building. With their objective complete, Shizuri thought their job was over so and get her beauty sleep while the higher ups will cover up the explosion. However, she got a rude wake up call the next morning when Director Thomas, Team ITEM's secret funder, ordered she and the others to come to one of the higher ups office this instance. Shizuri didn't like being rudely awaken but judging how scared he was from the way he was talking to her, someone musta frighted the man to make him call all of them to come.

So here they are, Team ITEM waiting in a meeting for whoever it was they were supposed to meet.

Shizuri: There better be good what that asshole Thomas woke me from beauty sleep!
Saiai: Yeah, that was so Super rude! We just did a job last night. Couldn't he just call us the next day or something?
Frenda: You guys think it had something to do with the guy we tried to capture last night?
Shizuri: So they're blaming us for his death? I seem to recall the higher ups ordering us to capture or kill the man. They never *bleep* said about getting him alive! I want to know whose the dumbass who sacred the *bleep* out of Thomas to make him call us here?
Riko:.........Maybe it's about the school?
Saiai: The school? Are they super mad that we let that dummy blow up the school? We blew up a lot of places and the higher ups didn't care. They would just cover it up and claim it was a gas leak or something.
Frenda: Wait, Riko is right. Maybe it has to do with the school. What was the school's name?
Riko:.........The Atkinson Academy.
Shizuri: Wait, that name sounds familiar. I can't seem to remem-
???: GOOD MORNING LADIES!

But before she could finish her sentence, a large, bearded man entered the room, who loudly proclaimed his presence.

Frenda: Director Blessed?

Director Richard Blessed was the director in charged of the city's funding. Originally from the UK, Mr Blessed had a very jolly, harty man with a boastful personality whose loud voice alone could convince people to agree whatever he said which might be the reason why many corporations and governments still fund the city thanks to him. One famous case was with US President Katze, who Mr Blessed managed to convince his old friend for funding in exchange for some of Academy City's cybernetics tech, an incredible feat since the higher ups refuses to share it with the world.

Blessed: Hello, Miss Mugino, Miss Kinuhata, Miss Seivelun and Miss Takitsubo. How are you today?
Saiai: Super fine thanks. Where's Mr Thomas?
Blessed: I'm afraid he won't be joining us today. After i told him to call you all over ehre, he poor bugger pissed his pants! HAHAHAHAAHAH!
Frenda: Ewwww! Too Much Information!
Blessed: Sorry about that Freddy.
Frenda:But my name is-
Blessed:Not now Florence! Anyway, i'm here to discuss an important matter.
Shizuri: Mr Blessed, can you explain to us why we were all called today?
Blessed: Of Course Miss Mugino. It's about your last mission in chasing that evil spy.

Mr Blessed, while he knew who the members of Team ITEM were, he had no idea what kind of work they were doing. To him the Team was a secret group whose job was to prevent attacks and stop evil doers. Possibly because he spends more time traveling the world rather than staying at AC, the Director never knew what ITEM really did. And the rest of Higher ups and the Team would like that to stay that way, If he knew, funding to the city would completely stop and soon be bankrupt.

Blessed: While it was good thing you stop that man, you didn't have to destroy him along with the school.
Frenda: But we didn't kill him, he blew himself-
Blessed: No excuses Flemeth.
Frenda: Hey!
Riko: .....This has something with the school is it?
Blessed: Of course young lady. You see that school, the The Atkinson Academy, is actually where you four are supposedly "enrolled".
Shizuri: Wait! Now i remember. That's the school Thomas made a cover story about what the public thinks where we are enrolled to avoid suspicious while we do our undercover work.
Blessed: Correct my lady.
Saiai: So whats the problem? Couldn't you guys just make another story that we're now studying at some other school?
???: If only that was so simple.

The next person who came in was Director Stephen Melchett, who is in charge for the city's Public Relations. Thanks to his wit and skills, he manages to cover up many things happening in the city.

Frenda: Mr Melchett, what are you doing here?
Melchett: To explain silly girl. Usually, these kind of cases i could cover up easily without the outside world knowing. Except one person.
Saiai: How did find out?
Melchett: This man always knows since he funded building that school.
Shizuri: (Sudden realization) Wait you don't mean?!
Melchett: I'm afraid so. In fact, he's on the speaker line right now. "click"
Shziuri: Wait! Don't answer th-
???: Shizuri-chan is that you?
Shizuri: ! D...D...Daddy?
Mr Mugino: Yes! It's me! How's my lovely daughter today?
Shziuri: I'm...I'm fine Daddy.
Mr Mugino: Is Frenda, Saiai and Riko there as well?
Saiai: Hey Mugino-sama. It's super nice to hear you again.
Frenda: Bonjour Monsieur Mugino.
Riko: .......Hello.
Mr Mugino: It's good to hear you all today. But enough of that, i here to discuss about your school.
Blessed: Yes, about that Mr Mugino.
Mr Mugino: I learned last night some no good terrorist blew up the school you girls study at. Thankfully, you were not there last night. But the nerve of that man! How will you and your fellow students study now?
Blessed: Don't worry sir. We can arrange for Miss Mugino and her friends to attend anoth-
Mr Mugino: That won't be necessary Mr Blessed. An old friend of mine who has a daughter enrolled in the city has recommended me to send them to that girl's school until The Atkinson Academy is rebuilt.
Shizuri: And what school is that?
Mr Mugino: Tokiwadai.
Shizuri/Frenda/Saiai: TOKIWADAI!?
Riko:.......... What?
Mr Mugino: Yes, Tokiwadai?
Shizuri: But Daddy! Isn't Tokiwadai a middle school?
Mr Mugino: Yes but it also has a high school.
Saiai: But why haven't we known this before?
Melchett: Maybe because they don't bother to tell people about it just like how nobody cares we're constructing a space elevator for some time now.
Frenda: Space Elevator? I don't see no Space Elevator around here.
Blessed: Trust me Frou Frou. It was always there, you just never notice it.
Frenda: But there's no-
Blessed: IT WAS ALWAYS THERE YOU JUST NEVER NOTICE IT!
Frenda:..................Ok.

‘What’s happening to this world?’

With sharp throbbing pain in his head, a young man tried dragged himself along the pavement

“I need get out of here...no....I MUST to get out this place”

He kept chanting to himself like a mantra, trying to assure himself that all would be fine as soon as he get out of the place.
He looked behind him.
For in this mysterious world where color ceased to exist, everything is in shades of monochrome. The usually busy street is now hollow and empty with nobody in sight and the path which he had just walked through had turned into a lake.
He shuddered and look in front of him.
The view before him is not sane as well.
The trees were screaming autumn with its browning leave but yet the road is solid ice while the weather is warmer than searing summer heat.
Cars were falling upward and splat onto the sky like paint on a wall before fell down like rain.
Buildings were melting like butter.
The night and day existed at the same time.
There was one perfect a phrase to describe what he was experiencing:
A world gone mad.
Using great effort to keep him sane in the madding world, the young man forced himself to the bus stop and boarded the bus waiting there.

'Anywhere but here,' he thought to himself. A tingling sense of relieve envelope him as the bus took off.

He closed his eyes to rest, silently hoping that the headache would go away upon leaving the place.

When he opened his eyes, it was wide in horror.

He was back at the bus stop again.
No explanation, no reason, as if boarding the bus had and was always a dream.
‘No...No...No...’ He clenched his head as the pain seems to intensify. He is certain that it is here to stay rather than going away.
He boarded the bus again.
This time, he pinched himself to make sure he is not dreaming. As a further precaution, he kept his eyes wide open, looking through the bus window. There is no
way he is going to miss a single stop.
The bus began to move.

Soon it reached its next stop: Academy City.

Then the next stop: Academy City.

Then the next next stop....

No surprise: Academy City.
No matter which direction the bus goes, it always stopped at Academy City.
The young man got out of the bus.

The Bus is no good.

There is only one way left: To escape by foot.

So he ran as fast as he could towards the nearest city he could see. But unknown to him, every step he took, he was not moving towards his goal but teleporting all over the city with no hope of ever getting out.
The young man fell on his knee.
‘That’s physically impossible....’ he thought to himself.
But he was determined, refusing to give up, the young man keep attempting to get out of the city.
It was then, a miracle happened.
Through trial and error, the young man managed to get to the edge of the city.
But most unfortunate for him, the neighbor city does not exist.
Before him is a black void of nothingness.
It was then, he realized a terrible truth.
There is no neighboring city for it has yet to exist in this universe.
There is only one explanation in his head that could explain why but he is too afraid to reach out for the answer.
The pain in his head finally overwhelmed him and the young man collapsed.
Not into the black void of nothingness but back into the world which he knew, a world filled colors and people.
He is happy but he is too exhausted to keep his eyes open.

other than the mind-screw part, it is just a normal story about Judgement, their never ending fight against Skill-out.
