I did not know that Reinforce knew how to fight with a sword, she defeated the Takamachi siblings like a master. And the last part of the doujin gave me cavities.

This should be Fate. The artist tagged it as "original" but I just don't see how it could be anyone else. Especially considering he draws a lot of Nanoha fanart.

The tech wings aren't a bad look for Hayate, so long as they do more than look neat.

A weapon or defense system?

However, the book-and-quarterstaff thing HAS to go. Either ditch the book, or reduce the staff to a scepter/wand. Some set-up that she can believably handle with just two hands.

It's a staff. Not the martial arts kind, but the mage kind. Wizards with books and staffs have been around since forever. Especially when the wizards have floaty books.
