Before that- So this is the Magic Surface story that Touma and Index are the main characters of right? So is there a mistaken when it focuses on Kuroko at the beginning?

With so little info, what makes you so sure that Kukimoto Hibiki isn't a magician?
Is it the assumption that the "science surface" will only have science related issues?

Nope, though I can't refute that she might be one, what with the lack of information and all. I'm merely reminding Acer about Dual Skill if anything.

But my sense does not favor the thought of her being a magician either. Either way, we'll have to wait and find out later on...

I see... Well, I don't think she's a magician either, going by her appearance. I just don't discard the small possibility.

Perhaps she has a power that is so ambiguous it's like she has Dual Skill? Dual Skill was proven to be impossible by that facility Accelerator was in when he was a kid right?

Or maybe she's just like Gunha and nobody knows what the hell her power is so they just threw up their hands and said "Dual Skill".

I can't read the character's name but I know her seiyuu is Koiwai Kotori, a newcomer. I didn't watch Joshiraku but she voices Kigurumi Harōkitei.

^ She has currently the second longest hair in the Science Side (second to Aleister, of course), while Laura Stuart keeps her title of longest hair in the Magic Side.
