If you try to integrate a glitch as part of a system. What is the most likely outcome?

If by integrating, you mean: Ignoring it during the debug stages.
You have a very unstable system that might go haywire.

If by integrating, you mean: you know about the glitch and you adjust the system accordingly,
The risk of things going wrong is considerably lower than the former.

Usually, if a glitch is found, an Engineer would try to fix it. But if they run out of time and the glitch is harmless enough (doesn't affect its performance in anyway), they usually leave it as it is. (not really ethical but they would still attempt to fix it anyway)

However, if the Glitch is deemed too dangerous and they can't fix it, a Professional/ Ethical Engineer would rather scrap the entire system and rework everything. An Engineer has duty to ensure the safety of the public, that is part of engineering Ethic.

The thing is the swords are the glitch. The metal that makes them came about because they were produced as an error. So if they were turned back into data, they'd be considered glitch data. If the IS has to realize them again, they'd have to forcefully recreate the error. So what if the IS builds itself around recreating these errors?

Hey, what's wrong with Valentines?

Anyway, can you really date your cousin and no one would bat an eye?

@ Demi
Yes, it's called ascended glitch

Sometimes, a glitch is that good and the programmer made the glitch a lot more harmless and compatible with the system. So it's less forcing and more about reprogramming.

@ Eras
What Strigon said

And once again, I'm not really against valentine, just that I didn't celebrate it.

@ Jak
Maybe because the actual history? The biggest case of mis-aimed fandom tradition, EVER.

In case of fic, I'm waiting for the revised draft.

I personally celebrate SAD on feb 14

So... even the IS can adapt to a glitch as part of its system...?

I have a little something about my fic as well, but it's really more about the tech.

Spoiler for Reflex Armor:

Spoiler for Reflex Armor:
Reason why it is still strong in spite of being flexible is because it harden upon impact?

Edit: One of these days if I got the time... I will post my Idea Dumpster draft board (somewhere on the forum) on why I plan certain things in my stories.....

Although it sounds like I don't do much but I do think through things a bit(even if their common sense value is low).

a heterosexual pair of friends hanging out with absolutely no romantic tension ever?

In more sarcastic context it implies there really is romantic/sexual tension but neither are willing to admit it.
