I thought the bald guy was weak sauce, but it shows how powerful the protagonist is. The plus side is the side story of his, it gives us little bit more info about the master.

I don't think he'll ever grasp ending his weekly chapters well. Sure you can have cliffhanger, but his seems to just end unexpectedly like he ran out of time or someone yanked the paper from him sending it to the presses so to speak...

As for the chapter. So all those beatings and being made to look like roadkill had some purpose after all? Is he getting at that Shioon can absorb or copy their techniques once it's used on him...?

In chapter 88, Shiion is saying that he can't understand some of the explanation 9AD has given to him on the video. What if instead of copying Lone Wolf move Shiion is "simply" understanding all the thing that are in the video that he wasn't able to before, it looks like after all that 9AD and Lone Wolf are using the same style.

The other thing I think is happening is that at the same time BOT has started the Incarnate Illusion Technique has also started giving him the possibility to review and learn from what has already happened while his body is fighting.

Yeah, I think that worked a bit better back when The Breaker was bi-weekly. He had more time to get into details and end things on a better note back then. Nowadays, he kinda seems to be in a bit of a hurry and so the chapters sometimes feels like they end too suddenly - like someone told him "We don't have any more time, we gotta senmd this in NOW!", grabbed it all and rand away to put it up on Daum...

I think a better question is, can he run out of gas? His ki-center might still be basically just a small kind of healed thing but he still has all that mass of ki that's been permeating in his body since he ate the pill.
