As far as I can tell, the song's name is "Nageki no Melody" by "The Netanders". It was released as a maxi single in 1997 or 1998.

It's the traditional Japanese folk song "Sakura Sakura".

I would like to identify a song's name I am currently listening to. I have read the first post on this thread and it does not say how to give the song for others to listen up here. Also, I don't see any "Insert from File" option. Does that mean that I need a link to the music and that I cannot share an mp3 file from my computer?

If that is so, do you know any private websites to do so? I honeslty would not like to upload the video to YouTube if I don't even know the name, not to mention that I would not even be able to give a brief explanation. Well, I know the genre is UK Hardcore.

I have many Subscribers on my YouTube account and I'm sure some would see it and I don't want to create another account, so, do you know any sites other than YouTube that are more or less private on which I could upload such audio?

SoundCloud is a good website. However, I believe you need to make an account in order to upload songs.
