Today is Friday over here. Aimee told me that she and her group plan to do a Toradora cosplay at an anime convention, this coming Sunday at MOA (they're just looking for someone to do Minori and Kitamura

). Unfortunately, I can't go there this Sunday because of work. The only convention that I can attend this month, is the one that will happen on Feb 23.

All 3 are nice and happy to actually see a Symphogear cosplay

, but that Silicia is too great and cute

definitely best of the page.

Though I also liked the LoL ones, the Irelia was especially nicely done

Those are really beautiful cosplays, Saintess. I love their wigs! And especially those foot high gogo boots, I guess she made those herself?! Good job making shoes, that's difficult!

Hi. I went to AME 1UP, held at World Trade Center last Feb 23. It's an anime convention with games, cosplay, and they have a guest from Japan as well.

Arrived there at about 2:30 in the afternoon.

First cosplayer I met is Adi.

Leny cosplaying as Mirai

Saw some more cosplayers as I was going back outside.

In a convention, there's always someone in a maid costume.

Nikki cosplaying as Rikka from Chuunibyou

I think it's cute when she tries to act like Rikka.

Took a photo because she's cute.

Anjeline with her "Neko" wig. She's at the spot near the left side of the stage, and we actually got near the japanese guest.
I was about to go near Reika to take a pic, but Anjeline told me that it might be forbidden to do so. I then planned to take a pic of Reika using zoom function of cam, but she (Reika) already went on stage - and it's ok to take pic of her there.

Hmm... I could give it a try. My problem would be the wig. Lol. As much as possible, I try to avoid characters that would require me to wear one.

This was taken last year in Toycon 2012. I know it would have been better with a brown wig or if I colored my hair brown. But I couldn't afford a good quality wig. I had Brown color hair spray that time and sprayed all over my hair. Unfortunately the darn thing didn't work. >.< I think my eyebrow makeup was a little too thick too.
