Precognition is an usually an ESP power in most series. It usually depends on the setting, but there's probably a magic side equivalent.

you know....sometimes i was thinking what kind of world is inside kamachi's head...? to be able to think about two novel worth of plot ahead of time with enough to spare for a psp, a movie and manga...so much that the editor got scared of visiting and the illustrator got so tired they collapsed...
