Ah, for me there isn't any problem. It's really simple to use and easy to load, I prefer Imgur more that Photobucket. THERE IS a way you can upgrade to Pro, about $24 per year and about $3 for 1 month. The standard is having a 225 image limit... yeah what ganbaru said with 500 image limit is better, but I personally like Imgur since it's really simple to use. (And yet, if you are running out of image spaces, why don't you use both Imgur and other websites?)

How about the quality loss? I have experienced some severe quality loss when uploading large renders (hair renders D: ) to photobucket. I personally still use photobucket, because it's so easy to organize your work and so far no problem at all with .gifs

I so far, had no problems with them either, (well I haven't uploaded any HUGE files)

Just chiming in to say I concur with Krytonis. I've also started using Imgur more than PB since the quality loss is just too much in the latter, and it's sorta slow in its own way. I don't have an account over at Imgur, though, but I'm pondering of getting one.

You may also want to try out Dropbox for temporary storage. It's awesome.

I will definitely keep Imgur in mind. As for now, Photobucket hasn't given me any problem yet. So I'll keep using that for normal signatures (and gifs).

I am thinking of making a tutorial about the last signature I made, watcha guys think? ^^

I use imageshack for everything, but I don't use .gifs...
photobucket kills quality and steals signatures, that's the issue I take with it...
No problems? You don't call it consistently stealing your images (I regularly see "removed by photobucket" or "does not exist on photobucket" or the like in place of your signature images) a problem?
Imgur or deviantart, yes. Tinypic maybe? you could always google ".gif imagehost" or something, too...

I transferred to imgur. It doesn't causes lagging like photobucket. Plus its very user friendly...

I use Imgur.com for my images. I find the quality of the image is still good and you can upload animated gifs as well.

I have been working on this for several hours, I am still not very happy with the outcome, but since I haven't posted anything in a LOOONGG time...I guess it's good enough to be posted here

I would say than it should be more about if it's good enough for you to be posted here. Of cource there's also the possibility to post something, hoping to get C&C about it. To be honest, I did the second few time and endded up surprised of the reception some got.

As about the signature you posted, I would say than there's 2 issues; the text ( probably more a issue of taste on my side) and that white feather at the top than it drawing a bit too much attention from the girl.

Very nice! The character is nicely blend with the flowers, and the elements are all going well together, but like Ganbaru I think that the text takes too much place.

Wow, I really like this one, the background and the render fit so well, and the text is a nice ado. Good job, I really like the butterflies and the flowers. Am not so keen on the border but it does not look bad.

Yes, the main problems are the text and the great white "feather". I'll look out for that in my future works

But anyway, if you are willing and have the time. I do have a request. Tho it's maybe more challenging (but that shouldn't concern you, since you are you ).

I would like for you to make some animated wallpapers. The stars of this wallpapers are Hayden Panettiere (and/or her character Claire Bennet from tv show Heroes) and Emma Watson (and/or her character Hermione from Harry Potter).

Now onto the requirements.

1. You can make as many wallpapers you like (even just one).
2. The wallpaper/s should be animated. And part of a single image. So they can be used for pc desktop.
3. File Size is not important.
4. The animation/s shouldn't be to big or to small. But it needs to be one of the first things you notice when you look at the wallpaper.
5. Resolution is 1920x1080 / widescreen.
6. Now this is optional but I would like to have one with just HP and the same with EW. Also one where they are together.
7. Text is optional and left to your choosing. The wallpaper/s can be with or without any text.
8. I have provided you with several images, including some gifs for HP. I think you already have enough for EW
9. You don't have to use any materiel from my package/s if you don't like them. You can find new materiel online.

What kind of animation are you actually expecting from me? Self-made animations or am I supposed to put scenes of EW or HP as an animation in the wallpaper? I am wondering though, how are you even planning to have an animated desktop image? To maintain the image's quality I would save it as JPEG, but when you also want animation in it, I am forced to save it as a whole in GIF. I am afraid this would affect the quality of the whole image

The resolution you're asking me to work with is pretty much impossible for me Of course I will try it, but I don't have high hopes for that D:
First I will have to find (stock) images that are of that resolution and then I will have to find GFX big enough for an image of that size

I know my answer kinda goes the side of saying 'no'..but I am not saying that yet. It's just that the things you're asking of me are...how should I put it....quite a challenge
Nonetheless I will work on it ASAP and see what comes out of it. I will try to do some animation, but if that doesn't work, then I will just make you a normal wallpaper ^^
