Okay, so back to the subject. I joined, because I joined. I don't know. Because I like the discussions on a lot of the animes I like? That and because I wanted to say stuff, too.

More about me, I guess. Obviously, I play video games. Yes, I like anime. I also consider myself a little bit of a music composer and an 8-bit artist.

I haven't released any games yet but that'll change soon as I'm developing some stuff right now.

hi im a noob, i havent been part of alot of fourms since the old janime fourms got hacked one too many times dor my taste. im an artist for hobby, amd i liked anime, manga and non anime stuff. im also. torrent buff so ill probably stalk about there for a bit

Hi, I have been watching animation before there were subtitle to many them. I use to rent them on VHS in Japantown. I used to take Japanese, a talent long lost. Now I can't stay subtitles, but know the original Japanese is almost always going to put the English dub to same.

I like most of Hayao Miyazaki's movies, Dragon -all even the internet only version, Baki, Fighting Spirit, Akira, Guyver-all versions. My favorite is martial types (I like it better is the creators actually know something about martial arts, like Baki and Ippo/ Tenchi good but the fight scene are horrid if your a martial artist...opps too much, then powers, then mecha.

In my endless hunt for an active but friendly (and well moderated) anime forum, I landed up here. I keep landing on forums which are full of trolling and bullying, barely active, or don't necessarily encourage discussion. This forum seems like it could be what I'm looking for! I just like to be part of a little community so that I can discuss things I enjoy without worrying about nasties.

Anyway, I have a tendency to babble, I dip in an out of anime but when I dip in I have a tendency to marathon entire series. I tend to prefer to sci-fi/fantasy side of anime but I'll try (almost) anything at least once. And I adore Ghibli. I'm also into blogging, fantasy books, Western TV and gaming. I'm a pretty big MMO gamer but I also dip in and out of RPGs and Sim type games. o/

Wow beginning posts start in 2003..I feel like I've missed out by not finding this site until today. But I am new here. This isn't my first time on an anime forum, but it has been a few years, so I will follow the rules as much as possible lol. Anyways...I'm rambling on so I'll introduce myself now.
I'm ryanosuke, a lone wolf spirit of sorts. I can go by ryano or Shou. Either is okay. I love anime and singing. I currently have graduated high school and will be turning 20 in two weeks.
