Jealous Kagami is HNNNNGGG.
Juju finds the logs that were kept while the head of the Tsukiyomri shrine was going nuts. It does explain all of those little vignettes we've been getting this arc. And it's pretty much confirmed that "Onii-chan" is actually the god Tsukiyomi. |

That's one theory. The problem is 1: Tsurugi has at least 2 older brothers and 2: Neither of them are particularly active mythologically so we can't get many hints on separating them.
It is surprising how few myths there are concern the Moon God. There are plenty of legends on the actual moon and any number of possible inhabitants on it, but nothing on the deity that allegedly rule it. It just seems Japan treats Tsukuyomi like he doesn't matter. (In fact, Princess Kaguya seems to have stolen Tsukuyomi's job in Japanese mythology.) The younger brother, Susanoo, got tonnes of myths for himself. He isn't called the Hero God for nothing. Though he missed his dead mum so much that he ended up going to the Underworld to stay by her side.

However it might also explain why he hides his face. In the wiki article it explains that Amataratsu refuses to ever look at Tsukuyomi after an incident which is why day and night is never together. |

I liked how Tama effectively performed what in the Discworld novels called "Time slicing".
When Sasami told Tama to hurry and find Kagami in the crowd, what we see onscreen is what looked like time slowing down. But we know time had not slowed down because even if Tama could do it, it would not affect a deity like Kagami, who would keep walking at normal speed. So what actually happened, is that Tama was moving at superhuman speed. But not like Superman, because that would create a sonic boom that would kill bystanders. Tama was fast-forwarding herself through the crowd in a way that doesn't disrupt airflow. I just find that interesting.

Jealous Kagami was so cute. I'm glad Sasami made it clear to her she is precious friend, and maybe even more... I liked that kiss on the cheek
Jou is very silly. She misinterpreted pretty everything Sasami said, and she is barely hiding her true identity anymore. Good thing for her Sasami isn't particularly perceptive, and is blinded by her desire to make friends. Quote:

Anyway, I'm pretty sure he is indeed Tsukuyomi.

Those two are her direct siblings. But Izanagi and Izanami spawned MANY gods before them. The further back you go in mythology the less you know about the characters. The first two children and thus, the two eldest brothers or the large divine family, are Hiruko and Awashima. These two aren't considered "proper" gods though.

One could sum up this series by just saying "Little sisters, little sisters everywhere..."
I don't even need my yuri goggles and could see Kagami being in love with Sasami

Edogawa is amazing. Fabulous. Also: Kagami is excellent, but I wish she hadn't interfered with Edogawa route.
And what. Next episode is the last? I kept waiting for a larger serious arc to come without thinking about the series length. Oh well. It's certainly been a blast. |

Yuri? What Yuri? All I see is TsurugiX"Onii-chan"...
Like, I was OMG, why was she thinking that Tsukiyomi should've been in the beach with them? Then she actually gets her wish in the end with the two of them watching the fireworks together! So is "Oniichan" actually Tsukiyomi the god? That the entire bloodline of the Tsukiyomi was essentially a by product of Amaterasu wanting her brother? Or is Tsukiyomi just a mere mortal, and Tsurugi is the one in love with him? But then why call him oniichan? Oooh, so many questions, and I want next episode to clear it all up. I just find it quite weird in that I only 'fan shipping' TsurugiXKamiomi because they looked cute together, but the possiblity of it being canon quite excites me. XD

Funny that, Tsurugi DID offer Tsukiyomi valentines day chocolate in ep 1. I had forgotten all about it and assumed it was just a gag.
