Let the story begin! Liked the game until Refrain, and then the experience only got better from there.

So, is Refrain like a chain of a few OVAs/ONAs regarding Little Busters! or is it a whole new Season?

It's like Clannad after story.
The first season is a build up for refrain.

I see, let's hope it will be, it looked quite dramatic!

Oh, great then!
I cried a river at Clannad ~After Story~, hope they won't go to that level.

Kind of a rough translation of that teaser. I don't really know how close I am, but it should be the gist of it.

Spoiler:

I've heard that J.C. Staff actually wanted to finish the Little Busters game. Since they didn't have enough time with the first season, it only goes to prove that Refrain is going to make things even better. Looking forward to this.

From the trailer, they seem to be adapting her route in the anime rather than giving her an OVA or something along those lines.
Either way, I've watched it way too many times! If only we didn't have to wait for Refrain! It looks good so far!

Probably because of this they put Railgun-2 on Spring not Fall as always ). Unless they have smth even more potentially great for this Fall

That doesn't sound good. That doesn't sound good at all.

Wait a sec... Is that why season 1 had such poor execution every now and then? Well, better not think about it... Where did you hear this anyway?

This is great news. Most of us have been expecting an announcement for a second season, but I'm glad to have it confirmed.

I loved both the Visual Novel and anime versions of Clannad After Story (in fact it's my #1 favourite anime) but I loved the Visual Novel version of Little Busters ~Refrain~ even more than Clannad After Story. I can't wait to see how they animate it.

Regardless of how much people like (or dislike) S1 in isolation, it did a really good job of setting up for Refrain. Most shows these days don't bother investing 2 cours (or even 1 cour ) building up characters and earning audience attachment points like this, so I appreciate J.C. Staff and the production committee's efforts. I'm expecting Refrain to really payoff (i.e. be epic).
