Really? I'm enjoying this a lot more than the previous Underworld volumes. The fighting is a lot more vivid and enjoyable than all those petty fight from earlier. I always thought Underworld was boring because the plot kind of dragged on but the fight with the Integrity Knights makes me warm up to this arc.
It seems like the arc may end in the next volume possibly. Eugeo is close to the mystery of Kirito at least

Yes. Underworld is the name of the world Alicization takes place, so it is going to be the "Underworld arc" until the end of the series.

This part that describes Kirito's and Eugeo's ascent at the top of the cathedral probably has another two volumes. It is web chapter 7, web novel has 9. Wait to see the fighting when web chapter 8 gets adapted.

Please dont say crap asuna and harem will come and make this epic fighting series into crappy romance like SAO and ALO stuff...

What i hate about this author is that he is such a kirito's fanboy, always make kirito and only kirito look cool. Come on eugeo... When i thought finally there is useful male chara beside kirito, And he barely did anything to integrity knight at all, its always kirito and kirito...
Like when i saw klein and hoping he is important and useful chara... And he is forgetten just like that.. And there is spoiler about eugeo dying? Just to upgrade kirito skill into super cool dual wield and make new harem?

Man, alicization is just awesome arc with less romance, dont tell me this awesome arc will ending like eugeo die, all girl like kirito (like alice? She is perfect couple for eugeo... But my instinct said she will fall in love with kirito AS USUAL) and then asuna and harem come, and then become a ruler of underworld and stuff... And like in SS one but ultimate way... Kirito enjoy unlimited harem while eugeo became crap shit and die just like that...
Will This story about friendship (kirito x eugeo) will turn into romance harem sh1t after defeating administrator?

You do know that a majority of this series as a whole was all about Kirito (with a sizable bit about Asuna as well) right? If you don't like it being Kirito-focused, why did you stick with this series until now? It sounds a little illogical to stick with an author so long when they possess a style you seem to despise so much...

Alice Synthesis Fifty Thirty falls in love with Kirito, yes, though it's not spelled out the Alice Schuberg (ie, pre-Integrator Alice) loved Kirito in that sense.

Spoiler for WEB spoiler:

WEB version, Eugeo dies and reunites with Schuberg and they head off into afterlife/oblivion together as partners. Though IIRC when Alice lost a memory of her most important person when remodeled into a Integrator Knight, it was suggested she lost the memory about Kirito and not Eugeo. Yeah, iffy stuff.

I don't understand something. In your web summaries, after Kirito was turned into a vegetable and Alice was taking care of him, Alice somehow realized that he was a chick-magnet. How did she get this notion? I mean she didn't really see him interact with many females.

I think(?) it was because of Ronnie/Teiza being around(?). Also, she meets Asuna when she enters UW, and you can imagine what happens when Asuna sees Alice being so intimate with him

I do think the quoted was more bemoaning the fact that the author doesn't seem to develop male characters as much as Kirito. Eugeo was perhaps the first exception to this, so I can kinda emphasize

Though it's true harem genres generally develop only the girls and the protagonist. At the same time, I do wish they could be less bigoted in that regard.

What do you mean her fluctlight remained in Aincrad? There fluctlight technology wasn non-existent back then or are you saying that she beat Kayaba to the punch in digitizing their minds?
