Looks laggy .. Did you not remove duplicate frames when doing that ?

Dist is right it looks very laggy..you need to go thru it and delete the Dup frames..it will make it alot smoother.

Was using a friend's computer, and when using Avisynth to open mp4's in VirtualDub, I get this error:

It says "The format is not supported" so I'm not sure what the problem is. I believe the filepath is correct, and I don't think I mistyped anything in the AVS file.

It is probably is referring to the codecs used to encode the audio and video, not the mp4 container format itself. That's just a guess, though, since I use Linux, mplayer, and GIMP to make animated GIFs.

Different software tutorial?

This is super helpful, the only problem is I don't have one of the software you listed. I use this to create a gif well, I would if I could figure it out. I haven't used the software that much and the site makes it look super easy but I'm totally confused do you have any suggestions or should I just use something like GIMP? I've heard that's pretty easy to use...Any suggestions?

xara isn't enough but easy to use. you should integrate it using different software like photoshop. im using Xara3D6 for 3d texts counter part of c4d if i feel lazy rendering", here's an example of my latest gif integrated with different softwares & still alot to fix,



anyway, you can also make gif using this via online,, lunapic.com

yup you can make better than that if you work hard for it", so far, there are still new ideas pop-in in my head but im so lazy & sleepy to make it real because no one inspire me to make it real". i mean, like those who are dedicated to do things like these.
