I wonder who will be the character who will take down Mikoto from her spot? Man, isn't even fun... Mikoto is like the Kira Yamato of the female rankings.

Oh, now I'm interested on Alderamin so I may check it out.

PS: What? Index got to the top 10, it's been long, isn't? Oh well. Maybe being in a cover and having a direct participation in the last volume helped, right?

Ha! I don't care if Touma lost to that guy! He still beat Kirito! Great!

Not only that, even Index went over Asuna. Now, that's a surprise.

Also glad to know Haimura got first spot. Um, Stark, don't you think Othinus deserves some credit too? And yes, Misaki is quickly taking over. I only hope Kamachi and those around him realize the chance they have to capitalize on this girl.

P.S: Could someone tell me what the hell is Alderamin? That is the only title from the top ten I don't recognize.

Tsuchimikado and Misaki.... I guess this is like Hamazura and Itsuwa from a few years back, only for a year or two.

Same here, Kenju. I may have my issues with the little chomper, but her performance in NT8 definetly earned her some credit. Besides, I like when she and Touma act like easygoing bumpkins when they're together, even when carrying a pregnant lady around.

Hmmm, rather than NT8, I think it's the [Road to Endymion] that might have the most Index to Touma script-time.

Very true, but NT8 was more recent and I'm assuming it was read by more people.

Like I said on the m and ln subforum.

I guess this is because Index got screen time on an active role after Vol.22. I mean 8 frigging volumes and she was on the verge of extinction, that wasn't fair you know?

- NT8 had her with a little screen time compared the whole of NT series, seriously.

So, maybe if Index gets a larger role in the series she should do better the next time.
And Index-tan isn't even from Kamachi's .

HachiiMAN is Young Batman, to win over him you have to be better prepared than that, or caught him unprepared.

Pretty sure HOThinus played a larger role

I'm genuinely surprised and really happy for Index. Maybe she will be rescued from being the Scrappy? If Kamachi keeps the developments he made in NT8, I see Index going up in the rankings, and hopefully Misaki too. I don't care whom, someone please dethrone the Electric Princess waifu. I don't want to come to dislike her.

Also,

Index's popularity was mostly came from Endymion movie & model snapshots "VA's snapshots" in Index-tan movie. But maybe not much to do with NT8. Though, this topic shouldn't be here.

Glad to see Index make the top 3. I'm also glad to see Toyko Ravens in the top 10.
I'm fine with Touma losing to Hachiman since he beat Kirito. Hachiman is an interesting character, and I enjoyed his anime adaption.

Not surprised to see Mikoto being number 1, but seeing Misaki chart well in the female ranking with her debut makes me happy.

Haimura being number one again is great.

Edit: Best of 10 years. Awesome.
