I think we will get a Mai-Fumoffu

and maybe Mai-lax.

Writers and producers typically leave openings for themselves, just in case the opportunity for a sequel comes along. However, the real decision will come down to dollars and cents - or yen, as the case may be. If the suits decide there's money to be made in another season, there will be another season. If they don't, there won't.

Might not be a direct sequel. Could be another Mai-series like MO is too MH.

u know..for esp 25-26 its a 1 hr special..
first..they wont make a special esp for nothing...

but there is a great possibility that they gonna make new season..but not 2nd season of mai otome..since nagi and smith is the real deal in this esp, at least they needed to answer our call to settle those 2 bad guy by making them suffered or died somehow.. not like mai hime where there is a 2nd sequel about the hime war..

but then again since mai otome ae being quite popular among all the fan..there might be ova for it..

sunrise are still busy wif their new anime coming soon in april...another mecha anime..

Spoiler: Now the question at hand, does anyone else get the feeling that there is going to be a second season of Otome? I mean think about it, in this episodes they FINALLY introduced the 2 remaining Pillars, which I find hard to believe that they can just bring in for 3 episodes and have basically no character development, then you have the blue star which still hasn't been explained in the least, as well as Sergey whos' now in a coma (or did he go green sparkles... I didn't see it yet >.>) then theres Arika and Mashiro who still need to retake Windbloom and the Otome school. I'm sure were going to see Arika+co take back the otome school and Windbloom and most likely take out Nagi or atleast remove him, I get the feeling Nina will bite it but who knows, and that just leaves the what happens next? We still have yet to see Arika in her Meister outfit :P obviously she will be Mashiro's otome from now on but what about the rest of the world, sure this is going to be a huge battle and everything but I get the feeling hardly anyone is going to die and if they don't that will really likely leave teh story open for another season. Just the feeling I get, anyone agree?
