Is there any Car Action Anime?

I was looking for the same thing a while back.
Came accross an anime called eX-Driver...
It's not about car racing (like Initial D) but it is car emphasised and has action.
I haven't watched the series myself (can't find it anywhere) so here's what i do know:

- Set in the future where fuel cars no longer exist, it's at a time when no one know's how to drive because electric cars drive people to where they want to go, automatically

- I'm pretty sure the plot is that the electrical cars are starting to go bad, and a group of people (who somehow have the ability to drive the old fuel cars) are hired to stop them

- From the clips i've seen, i know there is at least a GC8 WRX STI in the show.

- It's Licensed.

- It's 6 episodes long

- There's a movie.

That's about all i know about the anime...

eX-Driver- while it's a pretty silly plot for sure, it is good eye-candy...Some of the car designs look so realistic and geniune...It's just a fun little series with some good car designs...

While I haven't seen it, I hear Cyberformula is a futuristic car-racing anime aswell...

Capeta - cart racing
speed racer - its a remake of 1967 anime, but it did air the entire epi.
F - F1 racing and its old so don't expect much on quality.

Your Under Arrest - also has a lot of car action because the main character (female cop) is good on it.

Transformers have cars + action in it, although most of the time they transfrom into robots.

Are you talking about IGPX on toonami? I think those have robots racing and not cars.

He's not talking about IGPX. Yes IGPX has robots in it but not the original Cyber Formula series. Cyber Formula aired back in 1991 with 37 episodes. After the TV series a few OVAs followed. It is a pretty good racing show if you don't mind the futuristic look of the cars.
